We offer several delivery options so you can choose the most convenient way to receive your order. Order delivery is free of charge.
1. Delivery by Nova Poshta
- Delivery is available to any region of Ukraine via Nova Poshta branches or courier service.
- Delivery time depends on your region and usually takes 1–3 business days.
- Delivery by Nova Poshta is free of charge.
- After shipment, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your parcel.
2. Delivery by Meest Poshta
- Delivery is available to all regions of Ukraine through the Meest network of branches or courier service.
- Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days, depending on the destination.
- Delivery by Meest Poshta is free of charge.
- After your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number to track the delivery.
3. Our own courier delivery
- Available for orders in Bila Tserkva, Kyiv and Kyiv region.
- We will deliver the furniture directly to your home or office at a convenient time.
- Our own courier delivery is free of charge.
4. Rozetka Delivery
- Delivery is carried out through the Rozetka Delivery service to a designated branch.
- Delivery usually takes 1–4 business days, depending on the region.
- Rozetka Delivery is free of charge for products whose longest side does not exceed 120 cm, the actual shipment weight does not exceed 15 kg, and the volumetric weight does not exceed 30 kg.
- After the order is handed over to the delivery service, you will receive a tracking number.
Delivery terms
- Order delivery is free of charge according to the selected delivery method and applicable conditions.
- Before shipment, each product is carefully packed to protect it from damage.
- The buyer must check the condition of the furniture upon receipt.
- If any damage is found, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
