Delivery of Products from the MebelStar Store
We offer several delivery options so you can choose the most convenient way to receive your order:
1. Delivery via Nova Poshta
- Shipping is available to any region of Ukraine via Nova Poshta branches or courier service.
- Delivery time depends on your region and usually takes 1–3 business days.
- Delivery is paid according to Nova Poshta tariffs:
- Products up to 30 kg — 350 UAH.
- Products 30–60 kg — 2600 UAH.
- Products 60–90 kg — 3500 UAH.
- After shipment, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your parcel.
2. Delivery via Meest
- Delivery is available to all regions of Ukraine through Meest branches or courier service.
- Delivery time usually takes 1–3 business days depending on the location.
- The delivery cost is calculated according to Meest tariffs:
- Products up to 30 kg — 400 UAH.
- Products 30–60 kg — 700 UAH.
- Products 60–90 kg — 1100 UAH.
- After placing your order, you will receive a tracking number to follow the delivery status.
3. In-House Courier Delivery
- Available for orders in Bila Tserkva, Kyiv, and the Kyiv region.
- We will deliver the furniture directly to your home or office at a convenient time.
- Courier delivery cost:
- Bila Tserkva and suburbs — 500 UAH.
- Kyiv (left bank, districts within from Vasylkivska metro station, namely Holosiivskyi, Solomianskyi, Pecherskyi, and Shevchenkivskyi districts) — 1500 UAH.
- Kyiv (right bank, districts within up to Vasylkivska metro station, namely Darnytskyi, Dniprovskyi, and Desnianskyi districts) — 1000 UAH.
- Kyiv region — 3000 UAH.
4. Delivery via Rozetka Delivery
- Delivery is carried out via the Rozetka Delivery service to pickup points.
- Delivery time usually takes 1–4 business days depending on the region.
- Free delivery applies to products:
- with the longest side not exceeding 120 cm.
- with actual weight not exceeding 15 kg and volumetric weight not exceeding 30 kg.
- After the order is handed over to the delivery service, you will receive a tracking number.
Delivery Terms
- The buyer pays the delivery cost separately to the service they have chosen.
- Before shipment, each product is carefully packaged to protect it from damage.
- The buyer must inspect the condition of the furniture upon receipt.
- If any damage is detected, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
