Returns and Exchanges
The MebelStar online store complies with the current legislation of Ukraine and provides its customers with the opportunity for returns and exchanges of goods of proper quality in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection".
1. Return and Exchange Periods
- Returns or exchanges are possible within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
- Return shipping is carried out by agreement with the store manager.
2. Conditions for Returning Goods of Proper Quality
Returns are possible if the following requirements are met:
- the item has not been used;
- the item is fully functional, without damage or defects;
- the appearance, completeness, and documentation are preserved;
- no mechanical damage or signs of use;
- the original packaging of the product is intact;
- blister packaging (if any) has not been opened.
3. Returns of Goods of Improper Quality
Please inspect the product upon receipt at the post office. If damage is detected, draw up an act together with the carrier's representative.
If a defect is discovered after delivery, exchange or return is possible only in accordance with Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection", provided the defect was not caused by product use.
4. How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Fill out the online form on the website at: Product Return Form
- Wait for a call from the manager to clarify details and confirm the return or exchange.

If the return is approved:
- Properly pack the item in a cardboard box with padding.
- Send the item to the address: Bila Tserkva, Nova Poshta, branch №2.
Return or exchange will be processed within 7 business days from the date the item arrives at the warehouse.
5. Product Warranty
We provide a 12-month warranty on all products. In case of a manufacturing defect, we offer free replacement.
6. Self-Assembly of Furniture
If you decide to assemble the furniture yourself, please follow the recommendations and warranty conditions below:
Inspection Conditions for Components:
- Before starting assembly, check all parts for defects: cracks, chips, scratches, or other damage.
- If a defect is found, stop assembly immediately. Parts with signs of installation cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Keep the original packaging until assembly is completed. Without it, replacement of defective parts is not possible.
Warranty is void if:
- The part was installed or shows signs of use (screws inserted, holes drilled, etc.).
- The furniture was assembled, repaired, or installed incorrectly according to the instructions.
- The product was damaged by pets, fire, water, aggressive substances, or other external factors.
- The customer made changes to the product or its components.
- The claim concerns a defect disclosed to the buyer before sale, for which a discount was given.
- The warranty period has expired.
7. Important Information
According to current legislation, goods of proper quality that are included in the "List of non-food products that are not subject to exchange" cannot be returned, namely:
- products made to individual order;
- mattresses, bed linen, textile products;
- products that have direct contact with the human body.
